Our Experience

Hi, I'm Jeff Ehrlich

In 2010 after nearly 15 years as a real estate broker, I decided not to renew my real estate broker's license. Even though the renewal fee would have only been $35.00 for two years. This decision was discussed with several of my friends and business associates. All but one person said I should let my license go. The game had slowed dramatically for real estate brokers. And I knew when it picked up again there would be more paperwork and government regulation. I prefer as little as possible of both. My friend Mike Conner said he thought I would regret not keeping my license. In my reply to Mike, I said, there is nothing I would want to do in real estate, that couldn’t be done with a construction company, a title company, and an attorney.

Eleven years later, this makes even more sense, than it did then. The internet has progressed to the point that properties can be bought, sold, and financed online. The only thing that can not be done online is the renovations, repairs, and maintenance. The Realtors used to have the most powerful real estate marketing tools with their control of the MLS database. This data is now available to the public on the internet. The Realtors no longer have this advantage.

The main focus for Investors Construction LLC. Is to use my experience as a licensed real estate broker for nearly 15 years, a licensed insurance agent for 10 years, and a licensed title insurance agent for 4 years. To provide substantial value-added service for our network of private lenders and real estate buyers.
