Private Mortgages

All of our private mortgages are prepared by an attorney. Then executed, insured, and recorded by a title insurance company. All of the legal fees and title costs are paid by Investors Construction LLC. Providing the private lender with a high level of protection for their investment.

The mortgages pay an interest rate that is attractive to private lenders. By having principal and interest due in one lump sum upon sale of the property. Or a balloon payment in 24 months. Whichever is longer. This simplifies the accounting and reduces administrative costs for both the private lender and the borrower.
